STATEMENT MALLORCA BY UTMB®

Runners from the M5000, Relay, and SDT will receive special conditions for the 2025 edition, with a 50% discount on the current registration price in the same distance category or a shorter category.

Yoel de Paz and Rosa Lara conquer the ETM of Mallorca by UTMB®

The runner from La Palma completed the 47-kilometer race with 2,300 meters of elevation gain in 04:18:25, while athlete Rosa Lara finished in a time of 05:10:17. Throughout the morning, the Kids Race took place in Port de Sóller, featuring races for children aged 0 to 16.

Cancellation of the M5000 and M5000 Relays Due to Orange Alert Activated by Aemet

Due to the adverse weather conditions forecasted for Friday, November 1, the organization of Mallorca by UTMB® has decided to suspend these two events. The other events scheduled for Saturday, November 2, and Sunday, November 3, as well as the SDT, which will start on Friday at 10:00 PM, are currently unchanged. In light of the challenging terrain and weather forecasts, Mallorca by UTMB® prioritizes the safety of participants and deeply regrets any inconvenience this situation may cause.

Mallorca by UTMB® will feature children's races in its program

The events, which will adjust their distances according to the age of the participants, will take place on Saturday, November 2, at Port de Sóller.

Donation of non-perishable products to Acció Social de Sóller

In a gesture of solidarity, a donation of non-perishable products left over from the aid stations has been made to Acció Social de Sóller.

The First Edition of Mallorca by UTMB® Kicks Off with 3,400 Registered Runners

At 6:00 PM, the first race of the event, Escales del Calvari, took place, with victories for Irish runner Ellen Vitting and Frenchman Valentin Benard.

Judith Wyder and Eduard Hernández crowned winners of the CDA of Mallorca by UTMB®

The Catalan runner covered the 26 kilometers from Valdemossa to Port de Sóller in 02:01:46, while the Swiss athlete, seventh overall, finished in a time of 02:13:32.

The SDT Changes Schedule and Route

• Due to the continued orange alert issued by Aemet on the island of Mallorca and the activation of the Special Plan METEOBAL at severity index IG1, the organization of Mallorca by UTMB® has decided to modify this event. • The other races (ETM, CDA, Joves Promeses, and Kids Race) scheduled for Saturday, November 2, and Sunday, November 3, remain unchanged for now.

The inaugural edition of Mallorca by UTMB® brings together the world's elite in trail running.

Mallorca by UTMB® will take place from October 30 to November 3, 2024. All races will traverse the Natural Area of Serra de Tramuntana, designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site.
