Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea
26 km | +1.000 m / -1.300 m | 1 Running Stone
If you want a short but intense race, with postcard landscapes, pure mountain air and sea at every step... the CDA is your race. A 26 km run through one of the most beautiful sections of the GR-221, which will give you a unique experience in the Serra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The start is in the charming village of Valldemossa, where an adventure begins that will take you along the mythical Camí de s'Arxiduc. The breathtaking views of the sea from the peaks of Puig Gros and Puig Es Caragolí will take your breath away. Take a deep breath.
From there, you will start the descent to the coastal village of Deià, to then follow the sea line until you reach the expected finish line in Port de Sóller. A route with the Mediterranean as your guide and the mountains as your ally.
This race is an invitation to discover the most authentic Mallorca: dry stone walls, centuries-old olive groves, ancient paths and villages with history. It is perfect for those who are new to trail running, or for runners who want to enjoy it intensely in a compact format.
And in addition, it awards 1 Running Stone, valid for the UTMB® World Series Finals bib draw.
IMPORTANT:
In accordance with the race regulations and the conditions of the environmental permits, the routes may undergo changes, or be shortened, due to weather warnings or the state of the terrain.
A large part of the route crosses private properties, access to which is only permitted during the race with the corresponding permits. Always respect private property and consult the restrictions if you are going to train in the area. Before setting off on your training run, you must inform yourself of these restrictions and comply with them.
